Instructions!
1. The voucher is strictly personal and nontransferable.
2. The voucher is needed to exchange in front of THSR counter with the passenger’s passport. After selecting departure date and time, the voucher can be used but can not be changed.
3. The voucher is allowed to be used in the designated date and train number. Business class is prohibited.
4. The voucher is for a non-reserved seat. If standard seats are available to reserve, the voucher could be used to reserve a seat for free in front of THSR counter.
5. When passengers board, the vouchers and passports would be examined artificially. If identity is different between the voucher and passport, the passenger can not take the train.
6. After exchanging the voucher, it can not be changed and refunded. If the voucher is lost, defaced or stolen, it could not be reissued, reported the loss and refunded.
